Buyer's Contract
We use a Buyer's Contract for the reasons below;
- This is a guarantee that you are getting the puppy that is posted on the site and on the contract.
- The contract shows where, when, how you will receive the puppy
- It has contact information need for both buyer and seller.
- NEVER purchase a puppy online without some form of written agreement.
- Payment information is also listed on the contract.
We understand it is hard trust a breeder when purchasing
a puppy on the internet. This is the main reason we use the contract. Once a contract and deposit is made the puppy will be listed as "Sale pending" until full payment for the puppy is made and the puppy is delivered. After the puppy is at it's new home for a few days we then list a puppy as "sold"
Puppies maybe purchased with Credit Cards, Paypal or Cash.
We have the Right at Clearview to Refuse or Refund any sales or deposits for in the best interest of the puppy.
